This is too light for all out attackers, it is made for control players who don't hit that hard. It has awesome control considering the speed. I tried this blade after playing for a while with Ma Lin Soft Carbon. Wow, what a difference! I felt like I could do what I wanted with the ball, because the dwell time is really that long. You really get a fantastic feel for the ball. Blocking is super easy with pinpoint accuracy. I should think one could use almost any kind of rubbers with this blade. I use a lot faster and 10x stiffer blade now, but I really like this blade and can heartily recommend this blade to developing players and to those who need all the control they can get. Maybe I'll make this my primary blade when I reach Mikael Appelgren's age in eleven years and start to play more defensive instead of my regular offensive play. Pros: -light weight, around 80g, forget that 70g Butterfly tells you -superb control/speed ratio -will fit almost all styles of play -lots of flex and feel for the ball Cons: -minus speed for attackers.
